We offer refunds and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or incorrect merchandise with all original tags on for STORE CREDIT, gift card, discount, or exchange within 7 days of stated delivery date.
How do I submit a return request?

Do I need an account to create a return?
Nope! Just make sure you have your original email used at checkout, and the order number!
How long from the time of purchase do I have to return my items?
7 Days from the time it was delivered to you! No returns will be accepted if they are outside of our 7 day window.
Do you offer free return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Disco Avenue is not responsible for mis-deliveries, delays, or missing items. You will need to follow up with your mail carrier regarding tracking.
Can I exchange my items?
You have 7 days to request for exchange. Your exchange order will be shipped once your return is received and approved.
Can I send items back together from different orders?
At this moment, items from multiple orders must be processed as separate returns.
Can I return sale items/ jewelry / accessories?
No, these items are final sale and are NON-RETURNABLE
How long will it take to receive my store credit?
Once your item is received and approved as good condition, you will receive an email with a discount code equal to the amount of your returned item.

Can I still return even if I used a discount code during purchase?
Yes. However, Accessories and Sale marked items are final sale and are not returnable.
Do you price match other stores or previous sales on Disco Avenue?
No, we do not price match.
